Shipping
Regardless of how much you order, we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping using Ground service through USPS. This rate applies to shipment within the United States. Sorry, we are not shipping internationally at this time. All shipments will include delivery confirmation. Please include any special handling instructions under the comments section at checkout. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you as well as a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please be sure to include your complete address to ensure proper delivery of your order.

We also offer expedited shipping options for your convenience: Two Day Delivery via USPS Express Mail for $14.95 or Next Day Delivery for $24.95. In order to receive expedited shipping orders must be placed by NOON Eastern Standard Time (EST ), Monday through Friday, to be shipped the same day. Orders with expedited shipping requests placed after NOON EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy
We strive for the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund your money, issue a store credit or exchange your purchase with alternate merchandise within 14 calendar days of receiving the original merchandise. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging for a full refund.

All refunds will exclude shipping costs, and must be credited to original credit card used for purchase. Any returns exceeding 14 calendar days will be at the discretion of The Baby Panda. Please email sales@thebabypanda.com for consideration. We will not return or exchange any merchandise at or after 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for our refund to appear on your statement.
